Zamárdi resort complex
The plot is located on the southern shore of Lake Balaton in a busy environment, yet in a quiet little street. It is close enough to the beach to be able to smell the scent of Lake Balaton, but far enough to be surrounded by perfect tranquillity.
The client's goal was to create a contemporary resort complex. The buildings are made with a steel construction method, which compensates for the current problem of labour shortage.
Preserving the original character of this holiday resort area, we designed several smaller houses instead of one large building. The units were rotated relative to each other so despite the almost identical houses, a complex mass formation was created providing sufficient privacy at the same time.
